Students will take a weekly course online and receive mentorship from Abraham Burickson and Ayden LeRoux. The program will be bookended by in-person weekend intensives, the first in Baltimore and the second in New York City. Students will leave the program with two completed portfolio projects.

Students will be sorted into one of two cohorts that meet the same day every week and are assigned upon acceptance. You may note on your application if you are unavailable for one of the slots. Classes are Tuesdays 2-5 pm EST, or Wednesday 12-3 pm EST.

Tuition includes books and a materials stipend for each portfolio project. Students are responsible for their own travel and accommodations for the weekend intensives.

In this brief info session, an Odyssey Works co-director will introduce the Experience Design Certificate Program and answer questions you might have about it. They will discuss the cadence of the year, the portfolio material you will produce, and the application process. They will also discuss the two BIPOC scholarships and the work-study positions. Most of the time will be allotted to questions from attendees.
